REFUND POLICY

At Brief Guides, we want you to feel confident when making a purchase.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can start a request directly through your account at https://account.briefguides.com, or by contacting us at support@briefguides.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We will also refund the standard delivery cost where applicable.

Exception — Digital Products

By completing your purchase of a digital guide, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

If you have not yet downloaded your guide, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day window.
